Door & Lock Maintenance

To request maintenance or modifications to a door or lock, complete an online Work Request in Maximo.

• Generally, elective modifications to door hardware are billable while necessary repairs due to normal wear and tear are non-billable.
• Maintenance to electronic card access devices on exterior building doors is generally non-billable, while maintenance for access control devices leading to departmental space is billable.

After Hours Assistance: If you encounter a door latch malfunction outside of normal business hours and need immediate assistance to secure the area, please contact the Public Safety Office at 785-864-5900.
